In follow-up to the International Olive Council (COI) scholarship on the sensory evaluation of olive oil (University of Jaén - Spain), The council offers a five-month traineeship for bachelor’s degree holders in agricultural sciences or a master’s degree holders in olive and olive oil cultivation technology.
