We inform the members of the Higher Normal School of Teachers in Kouba (ENS – Kouba) that on Tuesday the third of January 2023, the Assistant Director in charge of Education, Certificates and Continuous Training, Ms. Ait Mahiout Latifa, was assigned to run the School Directorate's administration.
