The census of Magister or Doctoral degree holders

To implement the instructions of the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research regarding the census of Magister or Doctoral degree holders who are not employed as permanent lecturers or researchers, the following platform of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research: http://alumni.mesrs.dz

is open for the targeted Doctoral degree holders to register for the purpose of counting them. The deadline of registration is January 20 th , 2023.
